What happens when
you say hello.

When you submit an inquiry, your information and any attached résumé are sent to Porchlight Talent, LLC using Google’s email services.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, area of interest, and a message. You can also choose to share your location, LinkedIn or portfolio link, résumé, preferred roles and company stages, industry preferences, and salary expectations. Please keep your message relevant to your professional background and interests.

Company inquiries

If you contact us about hiring, we receive your name, email, company, and the hiring details you choose to share. We use this information to respond and discuss a potential search partnership.

How inquiries will be used

When delivery is active, the form sends your details and any attached résumé to Porchlight Talent, LLC so Diana can review your inquiry and contact you about relevant opportunities or hiring needs.

Email delivery

We use Google Apps Script and Google Workspace to deliver inquiries and résumé attachments to our private inbox when delivery is active. Google’s handling of information is described in its privacy policy.

Questions and requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, use our candidate inquiry form or company contact form. State your request in the message and use the email address associated with your earlier inquiry so we can locate it. You do not need to attach a résumé. You can also reply to any email you receive from Porchlight.
