THE OPPORTUNITY
What you’ll help build.
Connect customer needs with technical implementation, from discovery and demonstrations through integration and ongoing support.
What you’ll do
- Design implementation approaches and guide API integrations.
- Create technical documentation and train customers.
- Work across sales, product, and engineering to resolve issues and improve the product.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in a technical, product, or customer-facing role; working knowledge of APIs and web technology.
- Clear documentation, collaborative problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Python or JavaScript, fintech knowledge, and implementation experience are useful.
